1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Player," "You") and ph375 ("Company," "We," "Us," "Our"), governing your access to and use of the ph375 gaming platform located at https://ph375.cam and all associated services, mobile applications, and software (collectively, the "Service").

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Methods

ph375 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), direct bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Unionbank, and Security Bank, as well as over-the-counter payments at authorized payment centers. All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed on the ph375 platform at the time of transaction.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly and credited to your ph375 account balance within minutes. In rare cases involving bank verification delays or anti-fraud checks, deposit processing may take up to 24 business hours. ph375 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests are processed after account verification is complete and all wagering requirements associated with bonuses have been satisfied. Standard withdrawal processing times are 24-72 hours for GCash and Maya, and 3-5 business days for bank transfers. Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your name and verified during the KYC process.

6. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

6.1 Game Integrity

All games on ph375 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) tested and approved by independent gaming laboratories. Game outcomes are determined by RNG algorithms and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by players or ph375. 6.2 Disconnections

• Underage Gaming: Allowing persons under 21 years of age to access or use your account, or assisting minors in circumventing age verification procedures.
• Jurisdiction Violations: Accessing ph375 from prohibited jurisdictions, using VPNs or proxies to disguise location, or otherwise violating jurisdictional restrictions.
• Account Sharing: Allowing other persons to access or use your account, selling or transferring account access, or operating accounts on behalf of third parties.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassment, threats, abusive language, or disruptive behavior toward ph375 staff or other players through chat functions or customer support channels.
• Intellectual Property Violations: Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of ph375 software, content, trademarks, or proprietary information.

Violation of prohibited activities provisions will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, and may lead to permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

ph375 strives to maintain continuous service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend services temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, security measures, or other operational reasons. ph375 is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or technical difficulties beyond our reasonable control.

8.2 Financial Loss Disclaimer

Online gaming involves financial risk. You acknowledge that losses are possible and accept full responsibility for all wagering decisions. ph375 is not responsible for gambling losses or any financial, emotional, or other damages resulting from use of our gaming services. You should only wager amounts you can afford to lose.

8.3 Third-Party Services

ph375 integrates third-party payment processors, game providers, and service vendors. We are not responsible for errors, delays, failures, or security breaches originating from third-party services. Our liability is limited to our direct actions and does not extend to third-party performance.

8.4 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph375's total aggregate liability for all claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim, or ₱10,000 Philippine Pesos, whichever is less.

8.5 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ph375, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, or misuse of ph375 services.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by Player

You may close your ph375 account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Accounts with zero balance for 90 consecutive days may be automatically closed.

9.2 Termination by ph375

ph375 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, regulatory requirements, risk management decisions, or business operational reasons.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, all pending bonuses are forfeited, outstanding wagering requirements become void, and you forfeit the right to access ph375 services. If termination results from your breach of Terms, ph375 may withhold remaining account balance. If termination is initiated by ph375 without cause, remaining verified funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 30 business days.

10. Dispute Resolution and Complaints

10.5 Arbitration

For disputes involving amounts exceeding ₱100,000 Philippine Pesos, ph375 may elect to resolve the matter through binding arbitration under Philippine Alternative Dispute Resolution Act rules rather than court litigation. Arbitration decisions are final and binding on both parties.

11. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

ph375 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes may be made to comply with regulatory requirements, address new features or services, clarify existing provisions, or respond to operational needs.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to active account holders via email notification to the registered email address on file and by prominent notice on the ph375 website. The "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this document indicates the most recent revision.
